Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds at the moment unless you received a faulty/wrong item. So, we really ask to check out the sizing guide before you purchase, or maybe even ask in the group for size suggestions.
All items are sent from the United Kingdom. International delivery aim is 5-10 working days after dispatch. This is an aim, not a promise, unfortunately, sometimes things do get stopped at customs.
All parcels are sent with tracking which will be sent to you once your item is sent. If your tracking is not updated with 10 working days please contact us and we can put in a claim for your lost parcel. We are only liable for packages within the UK, once they have left the UK and handed to your countries postal system, we are not liable for any losses or damaged caused by them.
Custom fees/taxes/import charges
We can’t be held responsible for any customs or import fees your country may charge. We declare the cost, weight and description of the contents to our courier at the time of despatch and submit our customs data electronically to aid customs clearance. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. If you refuse to pay the custom fee and the package is sent back to us we cannot refund you. If you do not claim you package and it is then returned to us, we can either try and send it one more time or we can offer you a refund minus the shipping cost. Please bare in mind customs and returns are out of our hands and is not something we can control.
